Food Handling Training (Level 1)

This short course applies to individuals who handle, prepare or serve food and is a legal requirements for all employees to have completed this training in Australia.  Food handlers must comply with requirements contained within the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.

This course consists of the following accredited unit of competency;

  • SITXFSA001 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
