GCIT (White Card) Training

$110 / Person

This unit of competency specifies the mandatory work health and saety training required prior to undertaking construction work on any site in Australia. This unit requires the person to demonstrate personal awareness and knowledge of health and safety legislation requirements in order to work safely and prevent injury or harm to self and others.

This course consists of the following :

• CPCCWHS1001 – Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
• 1/2 day course
• Face to face delivery*

Barista Training

$200 / per person

Acquire the skills and knowledge required to extract and serve espresso coffee beverages using commercial espresso machines and grinders.  Advise customers on coffee beverages, select and grind coffee beans, prepare and assess espresso coffee beverages and to use, maintain and clean the machines and grinders.

This course consists of the following:

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

$90 / per person

Obtain the essential skills and knowledge required to responsibly serve and sell alcohol in licenced venues icluding but not limited to; hospitality venues, packaged liquor outlets and wineries, breweries and distilleries.  These skills come under the requirements of state and territory liquor licencing laws.

This short course applies to individuals who handle, prepare or serve food and is a legal requirement for all employees to have completed this training in Australia.  Food handlers must comply with requirements contained within the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.
